What shipment options are available for samples and bulk cargo?
For sample: We have 2 different methods for you: express delivery and Post. The price of express delivery is a bit more expensive and the time is fast (usually within 7 days). The price of Post is cheap, but the shipping time is long (usually 10-25 days).
For Bulk cargo: You can use different channels such as air or sea. If you are importing for the first time, we can find reliable freight forwarding companies and customs clearance companies for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T, Irrevocable L/C, Paypal, trade assurance, Western Union, Ali pay.
Do you offer OEM and ODM customized services?
We accept OEM order ,it means customized packaging, including laser logo on the machine, customized color box; manual; base label; export cartons, etc. We also accept ODM order.
How do you handle pre-shipment inspection?
We accept Self-testing, third party inspection and customer self-testing before all products leave the factory.
What is your warranty and after-sales service policy?
Each product has a one-year warranty, and any non-operational problems that occur during the warranty period can be contacted by customer service for repair or a replacement.
What is the complete after-sales resolution process?
(1) If the product has problems within the one-year warranty period, first contact customer service to confirm whether it is an operational problem, the customer service will reply and confirm within 24 hours.
(2) If it is a personal operational problem, we will identify and confirm the cause of the problem with the technician and provide solutions for the customer.
(3) If it is a problem with the machine itself, the technician will confirm the problem and calculate the damage rate. And then send the damaged product to the factory, we will repair or replace the product and re-send it to the customer.
(4) After solving the problem for the customer, we will conduct a self-examination. If the damage rate is high, we will re-test the construction of the machine, find out the cause of each damage and further optimize our own management.
